Fall is a great time to capture beautiful memories with your loved ones, and the light and airy style can definitely still be achieved during this magical season! Here are my favorite color palettes along with some outfit inspiration for this colorful time of year!
Lindsey’s motherhood session is a great example of a light and airy style but still giving a warm color scheme that looks dreamy with the fall scenery. For Lindsey’s session I styled her from the client wardrobe in a breathe taking whimsical gown made of a warm cream and a soft apricot. Then we tied her kiddos outfits in with ivory and creams as well.
A dusty lavender is one of my all time favorites for this time of year! A light soft grey also pairs wonderfully with lavender tones, the soft lavender and grey colors give a beautiful balance of cool and warm with the fall leaves. Here is some of outfit inspiration for incorporating some lavender colors into your fall wardrobe.
Another color scheme that is timeless for the fall season is a soft green paired with some warm creams. It’s a classic color combination that is always a safe choice when capturing memories with your loved ones.
This next one could fall into several color schemes, its a mix of creams and soft blush and apricot tones. This color scheme always goes perfect with the fall leaves as it is essentially softer and lighter versions of the rich foliage we see during this magical time of year.
Last but definitely not least, as I always love some beautiful blue tones! I really think it’s just a matter of picking the right shade of blue to go with that time of the year, and this dusty blue looks dreamy during paired with the warm fall scenery! Like the lavender, this dusty blue gives the perfect balance of cool and warm tones paired with the fall leaves. Soft light grey along with ivory is a great color combination with this shade of blue.
